Refund policy

7-Day Size Exchange Policy

We understand that the perfect fit is essential. If your shoes don't fit quite right:

Window: You may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Process: Reach out to us via Contact Us page on the website with your Order ID. We will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to pin code serviceability).

Note: Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

Wrong Item: If the product delivered is different from what you ordered.

Refund Timeline: Once the returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated:

-Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.

-COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

The product shows signs of outdoor wear or scuffed soles.

The request is made after the 7-day window.

The item was purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.

Once the order is "In Transit," it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, opt for an exchange or return upon delivery.
